Freckle

Adorable Freckle, who is female, black and 2 years, 5 months’ old, is looking for her forever home. When her owner moved to Surrey after a marriage break-up, his daughter gave him 8-week-old Freckle with the intention of the kitten keeping her Dad company now that he was living alone. Whilst her owner was delighted to receive Freckle, he feels that she has become frustrated by the constraints of living in a first floor flat and spending time alone and he has reluctantly decided to re-home her for her own happiness.

Freckle is a friendly and affectionate cat who sleeps on her owner’s bed each night. During the day, she takes naps under the cover of a dressing gown on the sofa. Freckle loves to play with her owner and with a variety of toys, especially a mouse and a wand toy. She currently spends time watching the world from the windows and she longs for a safe garden of her own.

Freckle loves company but is often shy when meeting new people. However, she would most like her forever home to be with a family with very respectful teenage children who will enjoy spending time caring for, and playing, with her. However, we also welcome applications from adults who spend the majority of their time at home and would love to spend quality time with Freckle. Freckle has no experience with other pets.

Freckle has previously been spayed, microchipped and has just received a booster vaccination. She is available for adoption through the HFC Direct Re-home Service which means that potential adopters with a successful home check will be invited to meet Freckle at her current home in Woking.

If you have a spacious home and would like to offer Freckle lots of love and the safe garden she wishes for, please take a look at the checklist in her media where you can see the type of home she is looking for. Thank you.
